Do not attach passports, bank statements, or other original documents. We cannot process files for you, and we do not want copies of them. Describe the steps you took, the browser you used, and what appeared on screen.

What we can help with

How to place a stamp, why a scanned form needs Add Text instead of Fill PDF Form, HEIC conversion in an older browser, or why a 20KB photo still looks too soft. We can also point you to the security guide if you are deciding whether a browser-only tool is appropriate for a confidential file.

What we cannot do

We cannot recover a file you already closed without downloading, unlock a password-protected PDF, or guarantee that a resized ID photo will be accepted by a government office. Those decisions sit with you and with the office that issued the form.
